HKU RIICH Roundtable Event: Shared Visions

The recent event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders—including representatives from universities, employers, government agencies, and recent graduates—for an engaging discussion on graduate employment. Participants explored collaborative efforts to bridge the gap between academia and the workforce, sharing actionable ideas and best practices to support graduates in their transition to careers. The event also featured presentations of the latest research findings, providing valuable insights to inform evidence-based decision-making. Attendees left with a renewed understanding of the challenges which graduates face, and it is anticipated that different stakeholders will come together to foster workable solutions and strengthen partnerships to enhance graduate employment outcomes.
